At Cuddly Bear Day Care Nursery, we pride ourselves on offering a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. Each of our rooms is thoughtfully organised by age group, allowing us to plan learning experiences that are aligned with the children’s developmental milestones and stages.

This approach ensures that every child receives the right support at the right time, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity. Our staff are recruited according to their qualifications and passions for different age groups. We have a Baby room (3 – 14 months), Younger Toddler (Under 2s years), Older Toddler (2 years) and Preschool (3-5 years).

As a British nursery with a strong commitment to high-quality early years education, we embrace a play-based, inquiry-led curriculum that encourages creativity and a lifelong love of learning. One of our much-loved weekly sessions is Musical Bears, where children enjoy exploring rhythm, movement, and sound—boosting language, coordination, and joy through music.

Our passionate educators take the time to truly know each child, creating a safe and inclusive space where they feel valued, supported, and inspired to explore the world around them. Children have access to a wide range of resources which are stored at a low level. This encourages children to develop independence in making decisions on what they wish to play with. It also gives them the space and opportunity to respect other children’s choices. Resources are age appropriate and planned by the staff in the room.
