Cuddly Bear Day Care Nursery Structure

At Cuddly Bear we organise our rooms by different ages. Each room will offer a warm, enabling, age appropriate and engaging environment. Resources are always kept at a low level so children can access them independently. Depending on the nursery setting sometimes rooms/age groups may be merged.

Baby Room (3-14 months)

Our baby room is a home away from home. Babies will thrive in our calm, cosy and well resourced environment. Our wonderful educators provide care for babies from 3-14 months. The two terms your baby will spend in the room will provide them with those essential early communication, language  and social skills they will need to progress to our toddler room.

Younger Toddlers (Under 2s)

Our younger toddler room is a wonderful environment for your child to extend and consolidate their learning and social development. We have created a warm, interactive and engaging environment for your toddler to develop in all areas of learning including physical development. Our committed and trained staff understand that each child is an individual and develops at different rates.

Older Toddlers (2-3 years)

Our older toddler room is a vibrant and bustling space for 2-3 year olds to develop their understanding of the world around them. Children in this room are nurtured and guided by our enthusiastic and professional educators who ensure they provide a rich and engaging learning environment that reflects all seven areas of learning in the EYFS.

Preschool (3-5 years)

Our preschool rooms are the final stop on your child’s Cuddly Bear journey. Our dedicated team of educators promote the children’s learning through a mixture of child led, adult led and group activities throughout the day. Our creative, well resourced and inspirational environment is the perfect space for your child to become school ready.
