Building Strong British Foundations for the Early Years Education

Early Childhood Training was born out of decades of hands-on experience and deep understanding of the early years sector.
After years of training educators, supporting parents, and working closely with children from birth to five, our team of early years experts came together with a goal to share our knowledge more widely and make a greater impact. 


What began within the Cuddly Bear community has now grown into a dedicated platform offering high-quality training and support for early years professionals, nannies, and families alike.

We offer a structured pathway of courses ranging from foundational to advanced levels designed to promote best practice, professionalism, and confidence in early years care. Our training acknowledges the vital role of nannies and early years educators, equipping them with the tools to create nurturing, stimulating environments for children.

Early Childhood Training provides bespoke and up to date courses and workshops to Early Years workers, parents and nannies inline with British Standards. We are a CPD accredited organisation with a wide range of courses and topics to choose from.

Courses for Parents

In this course parents will be supported in understanding more about their children’s needs and development. There will be information and strategies provided to help parent’s support children in a variety of different situations.
Parents will be given the information they need to understand how emotions develop and effect children and how they can impact behaviour. Insight will be given on how children can be supported in understanding and regulating their emotions.
During this workshop parents will discover more about the developmental milestones children are meant to reach. You will learn about what these milestones look like and at what age to expect them.

Courses for Nannies

In this course nannies will be supported in understanding more about children’s individual needs and development. There will be information and strategies provided to help nannies support children in a variety of different situations.
Nannies will be given the information they need to understand how emotions develop and effect children and how they can impact behaviour. Insight will be given on how children can be supported in understanding and regulating their emotions.
During this workshop nannies will discover more about the developmental milestones children are meant to reach. You will learn about what these milestones look like and at what age to expect them.
